Vaulted ("the App") is operated by Muse Nexus LLC, a limited liability company registered in Hawaiʻi, United States ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vaulted is an iPhone accountability app that combines Apple Screen Time with user-configured place or schedule conditions. Manual place checks and optional automatic iOS region monitoring can open a Vault for an elapsed visit that ends on exit or explicit End Visit; schedules use bounded recurring windows. Vaulted records device-reported conditions and elapsed sessions; it does not verify exercise quality or guarantee physical presence. The service is provided "as-is."
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vaulted.
Vaulted offers an optional one-time upgrade ("Vaulted Automatic") through Apple in-app purchase. One manual Vault, Apple’s private app chooser, manual place check-in, and earned Reward Pass remain available without purchase. Automatic unlocks Vaulted-authored background arrival workflows, schedules, more Vaults and places, Time Bank, full history, streak protection, and export. Apple Screen Time and location permissions remain controlled by you and by iOS.
All purchases are processed through your device's app store and are subject to that store's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
Manual place checks and Earned Time use When In Use location. A manual Beast Vault requires Always authorization before opening selected apps so an on-device safety region can relock them after a background exit. Automatic Place is optional per Vault and also requires Always authorization for entry and exit automation. Saved coordinates and region state are stored locally and are not sent to Vaulted servers. You may revoke location permissions, turn off automation, or delete the Vault; manual checks and Earned Time can remain available without Always, but Beast app access then stays closed. Apple supplies Screen Time, location, maps, and payment capabilities. RevenueCat may retrieve the localized product and manage the Automatic entitlement. Optional consented diagnostics may use PostHog and Sentry. Public-site hosting and optional consented website analytics may use Cloudflare and Google Analytics. The retired early-access list may have used Cloudflare and Resend, as described in the Privacy Policy. See RevenueCat's Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Nexus LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
All content, design, and code in Vaulted are owned by Muse Nexus LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain any mandatory protections of your local consumer law, and this clause does not deprive you of them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
